01. Problem
The Polish NGO Otwarte Klatki (Open Cages), representing Anima International in Poland, needed technical support. Their primary need was in the area of CRM tool implementation and configuration. They were looking for a tool that could streamline their fundraising process and were looking for technical support from an experienced technology company.
02. Solution
Our approach to meeting their needs involved several steps. First, we implemented Salesforce. We then helped them develop a data model and build a CRM on the Salesforce platform. We also integrated Salesforce with other key tools. One of the key tasks was to migrate data from Excel to Salesforce. In addition, we integrated the donation system with Salesforce, provided extensive training on the use of Salesforce, automated various processes within the organization, and enhanced the payment, donation, and store operations systems.
03. Result
The results of our efforts were many. We successfully streamlined processes within the organization, resulting in increased efficiency. Our efforts also strengthened fundraising activities, enabling Otwarte Klatki to help animals more quickly and efficiently. One of the notable features we introduced was the ability for supporters to contribute to Otwarte Klatki with regular monthly donations.
We also optimized and modernized existing systems and websites. Anima International received significant improvements in data management, auditing, and infrastructure. These improvements played a key role in the accelerated growth of the organization. The streamlined processes not only saved the charity money, but also reduced the administrative workload for volunteers. This allowed them to focus on higher-value tasks, ultimately accelerating the pace of positive change for animals in need.
Testimonial:
Working with Stratoflow has allowed us to give direction to our Salesforce implementation efforts. Previously, we felt very confused. We didn’t know from which side to approach this project. Now we know what to do from week to week and have a plan in place for the next steps.
