How do you choose the price model?
It depends on the kind of work. Projects are time and materials against a written ballpark range; managed support is a monthly retainer with SLAs; team extension is a monthly fee for the named engineers; technical due diligence is a fixed fee. AI integration starts with a time and materials pilot, followed by an optional retainer.
When will we get a number?
Within a week of the scoping call you receive a written ballpark: a range with stated assumptions, a validity period, the price model and the expected duration.
What happens if the scope changes?
The proposal sets the agreed scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria. We assess requested changes and new dependencies with you, then agree any adjustment to price or schedule before adding the work.
Which service should we start with?

Do you work with our existing team?
Yes. Engagements run alongside your engineers with daily contact. With Team Extension, our engineers work inside your team under your technical direction.
